CRISTINA CONCEPCION
Chief Executive Officer
Cristina is the President and CEO of BPOI, a pioneer in the Finance/Accounting and HR outsourcing industry. She returned to Manila in 2012 after a 25 year career in the financial services sector in New York City, working for both emerging and Fortune 100 companies including Bank of America Merrill Lynch, METLIFE, Citibank/Quotron, & Reuters/Bridge Information Systems.
Prior to her current leadership role, she most recently served as Senior Vice President in the Global Commercial, Corporate, Investment Bank Technology and Operations Group. During her tenure at BAML she supported various lines of Business including Global Sales & Trading, Risk & Compliance, Global Finance, and Global HR. She also held leadership roles at METLIFE managing Institutional CRM technology initiatives.
Mylene Sardinia
Chief Human Resources Officer
Mylene joined BPOI in 2014 as the Chief Human Resources Officer overseeing Recruitment, Training & Organizational Development, Compensation and Benefits, Employee Relations & Corporate Communications. Her leadership experience spans more than 18 years; with the last 9 years focused on the Outsourcing industry. She has held leadership positions with such firms as PacificHub, Teledevelopment, Inc., Acquire Asia Pacific and Sitel.
EJ Gabalfin
Interim CFO
EJ joined BPOI in 2014 as Head of Business Transformation Group. He is responsible for Compliance, Risk & Internal Audit asx well as Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement and Process Reengineering Initiatives. He has over 18 years of professional experience in the field of Quality Assurance and Continuous Improvement. He has driven successful Efficiency and Process Improvement initiatives at multinational firms including Samsung, Accenture, IBM, Deutsche Bank, and Logica. He is a certified Lean Six Sigma Master Black Belt. Since July 2020 he assumed role of Interim CFO.
Manuel Garcia-Ramos

Manolo joined BPOI in 2014 as Director for Client Management and Development. He has more than 20 year experience in the area of Finance and business development for various local and multi-national companies. Over last 8 years he has focused on Business Development for multinational HR Services and Technology companies such as First Advantage & Silk Road Solutions.
